UBP FMC Member Ahmet Savaşan evaluated the Presidential Election Process and Ersin Tatar's candidacy in a TV Program.
UBP President Ersin Tatar’Reminding that everyone knows how Tatar's candidacy for the presidency emerged, Savaşan stated that Tatar accepted his candidacy as a result of the democratic discussions that took place both within the party and in the society. “It was this democratic process that made Tatar a candidate; it will be the same process that will make him President,” Savaşan said.
Stating that Tatar has the qualifications to win the presidential election, Savaşan said, “Now there is only one goal ahead of us and that is Ersin Tatar‘to win this election,” he said.

Pointing out that there are developments in the Eastern Mediterranean that will determine the future of the countries in the region, Savaşan emphasized that this situation necessitates the intensification of military activities as well as an intense and complex political struggle. Savaşan stated that all countries in the region are making efforts to be effective on land, sea and air, and that it is seen that this has turned into a serious struggle.
